USU at the IT Service Management Show 2015 at Olympia - Review

The big ITSM Show SITS in London has attracted over 4000 ITSM Professionals in June 2015. USU presented its solutions such as Self Service, Knowledge Management and ITSM-Software. The trends we detected focused clearly on Self-Service, Knowledge Management und Social Collaboration.

The ACTIVE documents within the knowledge base USU KnowledgeCenter were of big interest to the visitors: They were amazed how intelligent linking of information leads to more efficiency in customer care by questionnaires and guided dialogues.

Another tendency clearly points towards mobile devices. We offer a self-service app within the self-service tool USU Smart Link. USU Smart Link offers IT users a new and unique communication channel to IT support via self-service. In the app, every function is available: Users are notified if there are any problems, a user can search for a solution to their problem, can open a ticket, chat with IT support or check the status of their current ticket.

Thanks to this application, users are enabled to solve any IT problems or questions they have on their own in a short period of time or create an informative ticket immediately. USU Smart Link has a very short Payback Period and a positive NPV on the savings it represents. In addition to saving it is aimed at saving time and making your workforce more productive.
